Ede, 1 March 2011 - Aqua+ Sprinklersystemen recently signed a collaboration agreement with 4PS, market leaders in Microsoft Dynamics-based construction and engineering technology, for a company-wide implementation of 4PS Construct.

In mid 2009 the Safe Drinking Water Act required that there had to be a strict division between commercial and drinking water related activities. As a result Brabant Water decided to make Hydreco, HydroBusiness and HydroScope independent companies. Because of this and the growth of Brabant Water Hydrocare, there was a compelling demand for integration of the business processes and thus to eliminate the insular automation status. This year the company is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Ariëns is specialised in property maintenance and renovation. For many customers Ariëns is a constant factor for maintenance to their property. An increasingly larger part of all maintenance is carried out according to long-term agreements. In addition to its many private customers Seuren Glasservice Seuren Glasservice has a large number of collaboration agreements with professional customers. Seuren carried out approximately 12,000 repairs annually. Both companies operate mainly regionally and currently employ approximately 75 people. The annual turnover is almost € 7 million.

Ariëns Vastgoed Onderhoud and Seuren Glasservice service and maintain property belonging to professional customers such as housing associations, authorities, care and educational institutes and nationwide retail companies. Recently the Stiel Groep B.V. Stiel Groep B.V. signed a collaboration agreement with 4PS, market leader in construction and engineering technology with Microsoft Dynamics. The agreement is for the company-wide implementation of 4PS Construct within the Stiel Groep.
