E-learning specialist (EN)
Alongside our colleague Johanna, who is responsible for all e-learnings within 4PS Group, we are looking for a new team member. Do you have an eye for detail, are you creative, and do you enjoy taking initiative? Then we’re looking for you!
“As an e-learning specialist at 4PS, I combine my passion for learning and technology. I enjoy contributing to the development of both colleagues and customers in a creative and thoughtful way. What makes 4PS special is the freedom to experiment with technologies like AI in the development process of our e-learnings. You’ll be joining the Learning & Development department, a small and close-knit team where there’s always room for an open and honest conversation. In the coming period, we aim to renew our course offerings on a large scale and make them suitable for international use, and I could really use your help.” – Johanna, E-learning Specialist at 4PS
What will you be doing?
As part of the Learning & Development team, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining our e-learnings. It’s important that you can present text and information in a simple, visual, creative, and accessible way. As an e-learning specialist, you’ll develop inspiring and effective e-learnings that meet the needs of both our employees and customers. You don’t need to be a product expert yourself, you’ll actively collaborate with our subject matter experts. In your role, you’ll be a key contributor to achieving optimal learning outcomes by:
- Developing clear, structured content that truly makes an impact.
- Managing and updating existing e-learning modules based on user feedback and relevant developments, ensuring our content remains up to date.
- Continuously exploring new developments in AI and other technologies.
What do you bring?
First and foremost, we’re looking for the right person. In addition, we value the following:
- A completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Educational Science, or a similar field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a comparable role.
- Availability of 32–40 hours per week.
- Excellent command of English (C1 level), with strong attention to spelling and detail.
- A genuine interest in helping people learn and grow.
- A structured and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to meet deadlines.
It’s a bonus if you:
- Enjoy diving into the content of our software.
- Can present information and text in a visually clear and creative way using various tools.
- Like to contribute ideas for professionally setting up our e-learnings.
What do we offer?
- A competitive salary with a year-end bonus.
- A pleasant workspace at our offices in Ede, equipped with everything you need to work comfortably.
- Flexible working hours and location, including remote work and a home office allowance.
- A laptop.
- 28 holiday days (based on full-time employment), with the option to purchase additional days.
- The opportunity to work in an ambitious organisation, both nationally and internationally.
- A role where you can make an impact, with plenty of freedom, autonomy, and responsibility.
- A certified Great Place to Work, recognised by our own colleagues.
- Access to 4PS Academy – where you can follow internal and external training courses.
- 4PS Life – helping you focus on a healthy and enjoyable work life (think Friday drinks, fresh fruit, regular health checks, and company events).
