Learning and Development Specialist (English)

We are looking for a proactive colleague who identifies opportunities and turns them into results. You critically evaluate existing processes, spot chances for improvement and take ownership in advancing our L&D programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development of our employees on an international scale. You will coordinate the organization and rollout of onboarding and learning programs, optimize L&D projects and drive continuous improvement. Your work will strengthen the knowledge, skills and growth of our colleagues, directly contributing to the strategic goals of our organization.

What will you do?

This role comes with significant responsibility and freedom to make meaningful impact. Your work will be both hands-on and strategic, with an innovative approach. Your key responsibilities include:

• Designing and coordinating learning initiatives: you develop and manage career paths and learning programs aligned with our international ambitions. You will improve onboarding processes, monitor training quality and ensure that the learning portfolio remains current and relevant.
• Leading L&D projects: you take on improvement- and development projects driven by the business’s learning needs. You ensure successful implementation and adoption of programs, while contributing to strategic talent management projects.
• Driving AI integration and upskilling: you translate our AI vision into practical programs that encourage employees to use AI effectively.
• Optimizing processes and increasing efficiency: you spot areas for improvement and create policies that enhance both efficiency and quality. For instance, when you notice that the onboarding program for consultants is outdated, you develop and propose an improvement plan.
• Monitoring learning data and KPIs: you monitor our progress, adjust as necessary and leverage insights to continuously improve.

What do you bring?

• A completed bachelor’s degree in HRM, Educational Sciences, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Availability to work 32-40 hours per week and you are able to come into the office 60% of the week.
• A critical mindset combined with a hands-on mentality to turn plans into reality.
• Strong project management skills and enthusiasm for working in an international environment.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English (C1 level), with great attention to detail in written communication.
• Interest in and knowledge of AI, with a vision for how it can be leveraged within Learning & Development.
